The sacrament of chrismation, also called confirmation, is always done in the Orthodox Church together with baptism.

Chrismation, the gift of the Holy Spirit, is performed in the Orthodox Church by anointing all parts of the person’s body with the special oil called holy chrism.

The special blend of oils and essences (often prepared and blessed by the Patriarch of Constantinople, but also done by other ruling bishops,) used in chrismation is called “chrism”, from the root from which we also get Christ — anoint/anointing/anointed.

When you are anointed with this chrism in the reception of the Holy Spirit, you are chrism-ated, as is done at one’s … chrismation (which will generally follow a baptism, or may be done without a (re)baptism, as the bishop decides. Arguments may be held elsewhere, thank you.)
